Andrea Bocelli is known the world over for his incredible singing talent and his gift has clearly been passed on to his son Matteo Bocelli. Just three years ago, the 25-year-old released a duet single with his father titled Fall On Me. The track even appeared in the Disney movie The Nutcracker and the Four Realms.
Matteo went on to cover Sir Elton John’s Can You Feel The Love Tonight from The Lion King.
The track was featured on Disney Goes Classical, which saw the rising star accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
The 25-year-old has also performed live alone, singing iconic tunes his father recorded, including Elvis Presley’s Love Me Tender and Can’t Help Falling In Love.
But as he prepares to release his first album next year, Matteo has released his single Solo, which is now available in an acoustic version.

Andrea added: âGoing solo, away from those who raised you, from the world you grew up in, and yet my greatest hope is that you never feel alone, for love is a constant presence; love stays by your side, even when you are far away.
âSolo, your first track, came out today. No title could be more fitting and beautiful: now that you are a man, you have opened the door to life and the future with a sure hand; you crossed this threshold alone.
âNow it’s my turn to sit in the front row and applaud your journey, your song, as you yourself have done for so many years, proud to applaud your father. You don’t know how impatient I am to do it, the pride and affection I feel. I’m going to have to resist the temptation to say who I am, ‘You know, that’s my son up there!’ “
Matteo Bocelli’s single Solo has been released now and his debut album will be released in 2022.
